Who is “W”?

Hi! My name is Whitney Woodard and I’m the owner of Beaded by W. I was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and it’s also where our headquarters are.

How can I take care of my jewelry?

- Don’t store your Beaded by W jewelry in bathrooms, as excessive moisture exposure will make your beads fade.

- Use a straightener, iron, or steamer to keep your tassels straight.

- Try not to tug at your jewelry as to reduce the risk of breakage.

Can I customize my order?

Definitely! Submit a request to our contact form—we’ll customize anything you want for a $10 fee.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Given that every piece is handmade, you can expect your order to arrive within one-two weeks.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes! Select our $10 rush shipping option at checkout to receive your package within 2-4 business days.

What are the necklaces named after?

I wanted to put a little touch of Texas in every order, so all our evergreen pieces are named after Texas towns. Our seasonal collections are named after the little things that inspired them like streets and celebrities.

Can you ship outside the US?

Unfortunately, we don’t have these capabilities yet, but stay tuned!

What do I do if my jewelry is broken or damaged?

We will repair your jewelry free of charge for items purchased within 50 days. Items purchased past that deadline can be repaired for a $10 fee. Email us here for more information!

Am I able to return my order?

We don’t allow returns but we will gladly exchange your order for you within 10 days of receipt (note that this does not apply to custom orders).
